🔄 30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. To be eligible:

  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Item must have original tags attached
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

💰 Refund Process

  1. Contact us at Contact Page with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will provide a return shipping address and instructions
  3. Ship the item back (return shipping is the customer s responsibility unless the item is defective)
  4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
  5. Refund will be issued to your original payment method

🔀 Exchanges

Want a different size or design? Contact us within 30 days and we will arrange an exchange at no extra cost (subject to availability).

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Items returned after 30 days

⚠️ Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund including shipping costs.
