Before you write

  • Order status. Everything is made to order in the USA: production takes 2–4 business days, then 3–5 days shipping. Your tracking number is emailed the moment the package leaves.
  • Wrong name or date on a personalized piece. Email us within 24 hours of ordering with your order number and the correct spelling. Once a piece is printed we cannot change it.
  • Returns. Read the Return & Refund Policy first. Personalized items are not returnable unless they arrive defective or damaged — send a photo and we will make it right.
  • Sizing. The size chart covers all sizes S–5XL.

Include your order number in the first email — it saves both of us a round trip.
