Vibe Cozy (vibecozy.com) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our customers and partners to do the same. This policy explains how to notify us of content on our store that you believe infringes your rights, and how we respond.
Reporting a claim of infringement
If you believe that material available on vibecozy.com infringes your copyright, trademark or other intellectual property right, send a written notice to our designated agent at support@vibecozy.com with the subject line "IP Complaint". Your notice must include:
A physical or electronic signature of the rights owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf;
Identification of the work or mark you claim has been infringed, including registration numbers where applicable;
The URL of each product or page on vibecozy.com that you believe is infringing, in enough detail for us to locate it;
Your name, mailing address, telephone number and email address;
A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the rights owner, its agent, or the law;
A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
Our response
Upon receiving a complete notice we will remove or disable access to the material in question, typically within two business days, and notify the party who supplied it.
Counter-notification
If your content was removed and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to support@vibecozy.com including: your signature; identification of the removed material and where it appeared; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake; and your name, address, phone number, and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for the district in which you are located (or, if outside the United States, the district in which we are located).
If we receive a valid counter-notice we may forward it to the original complainant. If they do not file a court action within 10 business days, the removed material may be restored.
Repeat infringers
We terminate the accounts of, and refuse service to, anyone who is found to repeatedly infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
